If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.



All pictures of the items are clicked under professional lighting and hence there can be minor colour variations.

Since some designs are handcrafted, minor design variations are possible.

We do not accept any returns/refunds/exchanges for the following cases for Customised Order/ Surprise Order

-Minor colour / design variation for Customised Order/ Surprise Order


Your Order Cancellation Rights

We at Adwait Intrigues do not accept any cancellation once the item is shipped or if the item is customized.

You can raise a cancellation request by Email ( or on Whatsapp (9717449203) within 6 hours after placing an order. 

*Some Products on which returns are not allowed, have mentioned Not returnable in Description or in Information section.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and Return Shipping Charges must be incurred by customer in case of reasons other than damage / defective. We will help customer in arranging for return pickup if required.

In case of "Free shipping" Order, Return shipping charges  will be deducted based on return shipping carrier availability and subject to their speed and prices.


Return & Refund Policy

We don't have a return or exchange policy. Kindly go through your purchase thoroughly before purchasing.

In case of damaged products received?

We take utmost care in packing our products, but still due to the negligence of the courier partners some products may get damaged in transit. Don't worry, please provide an opening video without any pause within 3 days of receiving the products and we will send you the replacement/refund if we deemed it fit.

Kindly share uncut unedited item repacking video back to us before shipping it back to us. We will also share a uncut opening video with you once the parcel received for transparency.

We only accept exchange request in case of damage /defective if inventory available.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery are not refundable.

In case of any refund due to unavoidable circumstances and if the packet has been sent out shipping charges(if we are the bearer of charges or you are) will not be refunded back, only the order amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

Please note– Complaint for a damage/defective item has to reported within 3 days of receiving it, post that, no complaints will be entertained.
A proper uncut/unedited opening video of the parcel and product from all sides is required for approval of exchange.

Size issue will not be considered for exchnage as all the details are mentioned on the website about item measurements

To Report any Missing Itemsmake sure that you take a package opening video. It will be easier for us to report it to the Courier Partner in case of any theft during transit.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any request made of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1)You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

2)The goods are in the original packaging: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
A proper uncut/unedited opening video of the parcel and product from all sides is required for approval of exchange or return.
Kindly share uncut unedited item repacking video back to us before shipping it back to us. We will also share a uncut opening video with you once the parcel received for transparency.

3)The following goods cannot be returned:
-The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
-The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
-The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
-The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Pickup:

We will help our cutsomers with easy return pickup if available (depending on location and address or other circumstances) from our side or self ship options.

Customers have the option to return products by self -shipping them to our warehouse within 7 days of Order date. Kindly drop an email to us at with the details of the respective courier partner's name along with the tracking number .

Only upon receiving your return order, we will send a confirmation email and proceed with your selected resolution.

For specific pin codes without return pick-up service, it is advisable to self-ship the returned items to our warehouse. Please notify us by emailing with details of the courier partner's name and tracking number.

Note: In such cases, the shipping charges of not more than INR 80/- will be reimbursed to you (for damage defective cases) in the form of store credit into your registered account with us.

In return pickup, If not picked in 2 attempts (As per courier) we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. we will not consider the same request again.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service in case of self ship. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Adwait Intrigues/Krishna Vidya Creations

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to, accessible from

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
