Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping ( India) 

Shipping Time:-  It generally takes 1-3 Business Days to ship the product after Order confirmation. It may take more time to ship in case of any Natural issues like Rain , Holidays etc.

Our team will try to pack the products in a best way and assign it to appropriate courier service for faster delivery. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-7 business days in major cities and 5 to 12 business days for other location.

Shipping Charges:-

1. The shipping charges of Rs. 70 will be applicable to all prepaid orders under Rs. 749.
2. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 749 for all prepaid orders
3. COD is Available at Rs. 99 Extra.

International Shipping :

Shipping Charges:-

1. The shipping charges of Rs. 2999 within 2Kg.
2. Additional charges will be paid if parcel weight is greater than 2Kg.
3. Some items which can not be delivered due to custom issues will be cancelled with full refund.
4. We use Shiprocket X, Aramex and UPS courier service for shipping.
5. Delivery Time 14-20 working days.
    

Delivery Times and Tracking:

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can sometimes cause delays. Estimated delivery times to India range from 7 to 21 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customs and Duties:

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the Indian customs authorities.

Note:

• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Self return is the only option for international deliveries and Return Shipping Charges should be beared by Customer only.

To ensure the On Time delivery, please make sure  all the povided shipping details like Shipping Address and Phone Number are correct. Please try to mention the landmark your address.
